Our restaurant will offer fast foods such as shawarma, felafel sandwiches and on the healthier side we have the grilled chicken. Although our primary target demographic is 16 to late 30s - school kids, college kids, young professionals, young couples etc, we do want the other age groups to enjoy our food and specially healthy grilled chicken. We do not have table service. The exterior, interior and signage will have a theme of the modern world mixed with Arabian style. As of now our seats are limited therefore we will be going heavy on home delivery and take aways. Later on, we might have roof top sitting.
