The Easiest Way to Find Available Domains
Smart domain search, brandable name ideas, naming contests
Hi Cherrylc221, I notes that 'list of names that you like' are really hard to get, and it's nowhere can bring us (me actually) to point something that can be expanded into some great names (according to you). We can't submit 'domain, style, decor, blu, euro, fearless, creative, energetic, inspired, etc' names since it already registered due its really short or it were dictionary words. Please give us real domain names such as competitor websites etc, also tell us me why you like & choose Designdamental as a winner on previous contest. That would (again) bring some valuable info to us, thanks in advance.

Hi and thank you for your input. I like designdamental a Lot but have been doing research on how carefully one must choose a name so I thought I'd throw it out for one more round with a few more variables. I am new to this site and could use your help in explaining what's appropriate. I was under the impression from what I could learn the reasoning through the site that we were to throw words that we liked out there and let the public take it from there. so are you saying I need to throw my own ideas of domain names out there for the public and then let you guys make other suggestions?

No, he was asking for examples of existing web sites/domain names that reflect what you're looking for. So, these may be competitors or tangentially related sites that you admire. It helps us to get an idea of what you might envision for yourself. The keywords help to identify the right words in your industry or scope of interest.

Okay, here are the names of some I like. First off the blogs: Cococozy Pad Style Decor8 The City Sage (could use other colors or words for "sage") Velvet and Linen the interior motive A Schematic Life Stylebeat zaINTERIORA.net (zanny, daring, etc) The Style Files Trendir Lushpad The lacquered peacock (really like this) Casa Sugar (love this) Okay so that should give you some blog name and what I like. You can query top100 design blogs to see these if you wish.
I certainly don't mind having 2-3 different names as I will eventually move into other directions. Hope this helps.Later when I have time I will look at real web sites I like and get back to you.

Cute Thalia, You are making great suggestions. I guess, since I'm new to this that I just didn't know how to lead you guys on this subject. PLUS, this web site has sooo many options, it's hard to understand, unless one is a true geek, just how it all works.
I have found (and already knew this) that most successful interior firms are named after the principle's last names of whole names but I personally think that is overused and would like to freshen up the approach. That's what drove me to other ideas in the first place. However I am not against using my name or a portion thereof. I had just hoped for something more creative.
Here are some actual firms I like- Again my name is Cherry Clifford and my favorite colors for names are red and blu. I am also open to using numbers such as 221Doors, Rue 56, etc. (the only numbers that are significant to me are: 221, 6212, 56, 42, 21 and 8)
Okay, here are firm names: www.environetics.com www.spacematrix.com www.powerhousedesign.com
