I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor. My passion is to help families and children make healthier food and lifestyle choices.

Raised in a traditional Indian family yet fortunate to have traveled around the globe as a child, my love for food, cooking and nutrition started young. My approach to health is primarily centered on the Ayurvedic philosophy of “Saatvik Living” or balanced living for mind, body and soul. Food is seen as a carrier of the life force called "prana" and is judged by the effect it has on our consciousness. This concept of healthy eating and healthy living that existed thousands of years ago is fascinating, thought provoking, and remarkably relevant today! I enjoy using different traditional cuisines to create nourishing recipes that are healing and flavorful. I help clients find optimum health by understanding the underlying cause of the condition. This is based on a thorough nutritional investigation followed by a customized nutritional and lifestyle program to help you achieve your health goals.
