I really like the idea of a made up word that half hints to a keyword. Two syllables is best. Something that can be spoken so that it is clearly understood AND something people will be able to spell without having to have the letters called out to them. Best suggestion so far is Vidroo.com.

Also the name has to have some sort of "stick" factor, that people can recall easily. Vimeo, YouTube, ShutterFly - BIG names have these characteristics.
