Sole Website and Landing Page Development Business

Hello All,

I have had a hobby and now a business developing websites and landing pages for quite some time. Historically, I have used 3 key domains for this work (all of which are now defunct). These include:

• Netbuddy.com.au (because I am based in Australia and I am offering services locally. I still hold this)
• Netbuddy.io (what was meant to be my main global site. I still hold this domain)
• Netbuddy.pro (ive had many ideas for this domain and I still hold it)

I recently switched over to a new domain - listwrapper.com, because I was focused on building directories and ecommerce sites in a masonry style, listing format. I still plan for these types of sites to be at the core of what I will do, but I will also be building landing pages. 

My site, such as it is, is currently at listwrapper.com

Recently Ive been reaching out to my local region for work, which is based on what is called the "Mid North Coast" of New South Wales, Australia. Ive had business mentors suggest I use what is a very common abbreviation for businesses in this area - mnc"insert service here".com.au. So mncbuilding.com.au, mncpools.com.au, mncrealstate.com.au etc. 

But I am wary of being tied to this region too much and I dont want to get into a position where I have to maintain two or 3 seperate sites. 

Right now, my thinking goes like this

• I cant buy the Netbuddy.com without spending a fortune. Its listed for $15,000 on Namecheap
• Even if I could buy it, Netbuddy.co is a real business, selling 4G services in the U.S apparently and I have been confused with them before (actually getting complaints about 4G service lol) Competing with them in SERPS is an issue.
• There are other domains, like netbuddy.nl that are listing website development, so thats another source of frustration. 

In short, continue to use this domain seems like a non-starter now. 

So I need something new  

The following requirements are very important to consider for the new domain:

• I should be able to buy the .com, .com.au, .pro, .io and .co of any domain that is put forward. I need to keep my options open. If its a domain where the .pro .io or .co is already taken, but, weirdly, the .com is still available, ill definately consider it. 
• It must have some sort of tie to building websites and/or landing pages. You can be very creative with this, but I should be able to draw a some sort of rational link between the domain and what I actually do, even if that link is paper thin. But honestly, if you think you have a cool idea and cant see the link, post it anyway. 
• I would like the social network profile usernames to be available if possible, or with some small variation like a "-" dash. Particularly for Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. I dont care about Twitter or Tiktok so much
• I dont want to buy from the aftermarket. 

All of this is a tall order and I realise that which is why I am trying to get some input from people smarter than me.
