We are a digital chronic medication management company, providing innovative, accessible care from trusted medical experts. Starting in psychiatric medication management, and expanding into other areas of chronic medication management in the future.

What we are seeking:

We are seeking to rebrand with a short, memorable brand name that is easy to spell and pronounce, captures the brand intention, and has a .com domain name match that is either available or taken but not active (need to be able to acquire for <= $500)

Brand intention:

Leaning towards modern and playful, balanced with trust and confidence. Picture a friendly, well groomed, early 40's physician who wears nice jeans and a good pair of oxfords.

Market/Segmentation:

The brand is primarily directed towards end users (US patients; generally age 20-60, moderate+ tech savvy, annual household income $60K-$250K), but also needs to carry significant appeal towards referring clinicians (talk therapists, clinical psychologists, LCSW's, and primary care physicians and nurse practitioners).

Market Research insights:

* Patient population breaks into two broad segments; established users of healthcare (already on medication) and those who are new to care.

* Prospective patients interviewed seem to be attracted to names that are positive, but not overly optimistic or "chirpy".

* Established users in particular are unpersuaded by messaging about "being their best self", and instead seem more drawn to names that indicate an ongoing journey, or process of finding balance or equilibrium.

* Being heard has come up as a key value in both groups.

* Getting to the right treatment quickly, and being able to "get back to my life" is another key theme; this is more prevalent among those new to care.

* Our current marketing website is available for review at www.carenimble.com.

* The current brand of Nimble is within our branding intentions, but the overall name of "Care Nimble" is awkward, and difficult for people to remember.

* We're seeking to avoid explicitly naming the company anything that's too specific to the entry point of mental health. So terms like mind, calm, neura, psyche, brain, mood, etc. should be avoided.

* Similarly, seeking to avoid overemphasizing the medication aspect, so best to avoid terms like med, medication, prescription, Rx, etc.

* JuniperCare (Domain is too expensive)

* WellNow Health (in use by a retail urgent care chain)

* Span Health (to extend across, cross over, a short distance (a hands width), and measure. The word is short, memorable, and meaningful. Unfortunately close to "Spam", which has terrible connotations)
