The name is for a website where tourists can see and book tours about artisanship that take place in the center of Florence: specialized and certified guides (in the middle between a cultural guide and a personal shopper) will lead visitors in artisans workshops and museums following some topics, for example; ceramic; glassware; mosaics; gold and silver; musical instruments; leather, food etc... Tourists can see how the artisans work and if they want they can also buy some products. Also the artisans (as the guides) are selected and certified. We need a new name (and domain) to change the current name, that is, QHA - Quality Handicraft Assistant (is not easy to remember and to be spoken)
