Client brief
I'm looking to get a name for an Animation Studio / video production company (motion graphics, animation videos, movies, cartoons, explainers etc. for companies in different industries).
The name is more important than the domain extension. COM extension is preferred, but .CO (or if the name is really great: .tv or .studio) is also fine. However, it's a requirement that the .NL domain is also available. Aftermarket/premium domains are allowed but not preferred, unless the name is totally awesome (budget of max $1500).
The name should convey the feeling of fresh, lighthearted, accessible and professional. The visual identity of the website contains vivid colours (bright pink and turquoise). Some words that convey the right feeling for me: Lemon, Spark, Buzz, Melon, Studio, Media, Motion, Soap, Mood, Pink, etc. Don't feel obligated to use these words, they are just some examples that convey the feeling I'm looking for and as you can see, they don't have to be descriptive. The most important thing is that the name 'feels' right. Feel free to be creative.
There should be a nice balance --> Fresh and lighthearted but also professional. For example:
- Lemontoonies = too casual.
- redpeakmedia = too serious.
- Sodastudio = Good --> lighthearted/playful, but also professional.
The name can be a single brandable non-existent word, compound words or any other combination of words. I don't have a preference.
Some brandnames I like: Devion, Envato, Vivado, Viddo, Marvel
Some other names I like: Animotion, Videofactory, Lemonworks, Sodastudio etc.
