- The main motivation of our investors is 1) the financial return 2) the investment diversification 3) the control that they have over their investment 4) the ease of use.
Borrower side:
- The companies are SMEs which usually have less than 1 million USD turnover and are seeking funding for 1) expansion / growth 2) working capital and 3) asset purchase.
- These companies value 1) the easiness of getting funding 2) the speed 3) the ease of use and 4) the transparency.
The name:
- Should not only be powerful and authoritative but also reassuring for both investors and SMEs.
- The notions of control, ease of use, growth, investment, wealth and ultimately happiness should be compatible with the ideal name.
- We prefer short names (max 10 characters).
Domain: Having .com available is definitely a huge plus but not an absolute necessity. The name should not be registered though.
