Client brief

I'm starting a website that is going to be focussed on educating people about marketing, learning to code, business, and startups. Someone who comes to this website wants to learn all of the different ways to make a website and a business grow. The words you use should be about growing a business and developing skills. Something aspirational would be good. This site is going to be for educational purposes, so it will be educational content that marketers and readers can read to help improve their businesses and marketing campaigns. Preferably on the shorter side, something that will be remembered. I would like to have a name by preferably Wednesday, June 17th so post your answers as quickly as possible for a chance to win!! GUIDELINES: no dashes, no abbreviations, no alternate/incorrect spellings, no more than two words in the URL

Naming tips for Educational Website

Keep it pronounceable

A good business name should be easy to say out loud and spell from memory. If you have to spell it out every time you say it, it will slow down word-of-mouth growth.

.com still beats clever TLDs

Despite hundreds of new extensions, .com remains the most trusted TLD for professional brands. Customers default to typing .com - pick a .com name whenever possible.

Avoid trademark traps

Before you register, run a quick trademark search to make sure the name is clear in your industry. Similar names in the same category can lead to costly disputes later.

Test it in a sentence

Say "I work at [name]" or "Check us out at [name].com" out loud. The name should sound natural, confident, and memorable in everyday conversation.
