Recruiting/search firm based in and serving high tech companies in Silicon Valley here in northern California. We want a general name that does not focus on a specific function (like sales or IT or marketing), rather one that could be used for recruiting different functions in companies at different levels. It can be a tech-oriented or even a tech-hybrid name, but doesn't need to be. We prefer it sound more like a professional/consulting firm than a staffing firm. Thus, we do not want the word recruiting or staffing in the name; we prefer search, group, or even partners (i.e. ABC Search, or maybe ABC Search Group). It could even be a name that doesn't include any of these terms. Referring to the geographic area (Silicon Valley, Pacific, Bay, etc) is fine. .com is essential. Shorter (15 character url or less) the better. Two or three syllables would be ideal! (which is why we tend to prefer names that end in Search or Group).
