Name for a Gourmet Snack Food Brand

We have a line of artisan indie wholesome crackers that are handcrafted and seriously delicious! They just happen to be vegan gluten free but we are focusing more on the artisan aspect then just health. They are a gourmet pairing perfect for meats cheeses or dips and spreads. We have currently tested them out through our luxe catering business and would like to offer them as their own brand. The name should be simple and unique. We are in Hong Kong so considered the name Hoko (Hong Kong) and then will just name the crackers as what they are... quinoa crisps or seed toasts. You can see the crackers and our current brand on www.gatherngraze.com Targeting westerners (UK, USA, Aussie) hotels, gourmet grocery stores. Prefer clever modern and unique. Shorter is preferred. Nothing with the word green or nature in it. Even though they are healthy we want them to be more of a product that mouth.com would feature. The market positioning will need to be high due to the high quality expensive ingredients we use.
